How we work
- Outline first — topics live as list rows (start as
Draft).
- One deep-dive at a time — promote a Draft when a short note exists in Documents.
- Stack-aware — every note header should say how it touches:
- PowerShell collection
- SQL / stored procedures
- Blazor Server UI
- Lean formats — checklist > essay; tables > walls of text.
Naming
- Docs:
SQL-00-Starter-Guide, SQL-01-Inventory-Baseline, …
- List Title: short topic name matching the outline
- Status:
Draft → Reviewed → Canonical
First focus
Inventory & configuration baseline — know what instances you have before backup/index work.
Do / don’t
- Do store lasting material in this SharePoint SQL section
- Do pull Rick only for decisions or blocked access
- Don’t binge-research whole domains in one pass
